Account Assistant (Jakarta)
About the role
BrandWorks is looking for an Account Assistant to join our Jakarta office. We are looking for someone who can wear many hats in a role that straddles between helping the account manager manage client accounts and progressing the studio’s network, reputation, and client base.
You will work alongside a very supportive and collaborative team, and be supported by the Account Manager. With solid studio exposure, this is a great learning opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in Account Management and/or Marketing.
The role will see the successful candidate working full-time across a diverse range of projects, supporting and assisting the creative team with the Account Managers. This role is for you if:
You show initiative, excellent time management, and the ability to work across and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously. You are a self-motivated individual who can perform under pressure.
You are comfortable assisting the account manager and occasionally taking a leadership role to ensure the project meets deadlines while also collaborating with other team members.
You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail. Whilst not required, having a sound knowledge of design terminology and the Adobe Suite is preferred.
You can multitask and remain calm under pressure, easily dealing with constantly changing deadlines and client requirements
You are enthusiastic and committed, a self-starter demonstrating good initiative. You love details, processes and systems (Gantt chart, timeline, tasks, etc)
You have the ability to notice when there are problems arise and able to problem solve the situation in a calm and professional manner
To be successful in this role
Assist the Account Manager with preparing project timelines, communicating the detailed scope of work to the team, managing studio resourcing, and ensuring the project's profitability by tracking the hours spent on every project.
You will be responsible for managing the administration parts of a creative project and tasks from starting point to project completion, including taking briefs from clients and preparing briefs for the studio, and ensuring all work leaving the studio answer the briefs.
You are responsible to uphold day-to-day administration and correspondence with clients and suppliers
You are an excellent communicator to provide clients and the teams with a constant update on progress to clients and colleagues through WIPs, informal catch-ups, and client meetings
You have a good design understanding and familiarity with Adobe Software (INDD, AI, PSD) – preferable
