Her breadth of knowledge, connections, relationships with suppliers and industry. Eleena is a visionary and an entrepreneur with a passion to bring the extraordinary to life - through brand, place-making, communications, digital marketing and hospitality.

Michael Tan
Creative Director

Michael brings with him over 20 years of experience in brand, interiors, and digital. He has worked with fortune 500 companies from diverse industries, from cars to mobiles, beer to dairy and property developers to national franchise food brands. With a keen interest on consumer trends, behaviours and market insights, he works from the ground up, and believes that standing from behind the 'till' is still the best form of market or customer research any business owner can do for themselves.

Lan Lan
Client Services, Melbourne & China

Lan is originally from Beijing, China and now lives in Melbourne. Graduated in 2012 with a Master of Communication Design from Swinburne University, her passion for the creative industry led her to work several years as a full-time graphic designer. Interestingly, she has also worked in hospitality as a barista because of her love of Melbourne coffee. Today, she owns and runs her own city cafe and shares her knowledge and skills with BrandWorks China team as a client services manager for their Chinese clientele.
