WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Join our dynamic team at BrandWorks and contribute to our mission of driving positive change through design-led thinking. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our financial operations and ensure seamless cash flow management, working closely with the Directors and Financial Controller. Collaborate with our passionate team and be a key player in our success story.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and understanding of accounting terms

  • Excellent multitasking abilities and composure under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset

  • Effective collaborator and independent worker

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

  • Familiarity with Indonesian and Australian taxation systems, including Pph21, Pph23, PAYG, and GST (preferred)

  • Experience with Xero accounting software (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and managing financial documents, including AR, AP, P&L, and cash flow

  • Collaborate with Directors, Financial Controller, and Account Managers on invoicing and payment follow-ups

  • Reconcile bank statements in Xero

  • Manage day-to-day financial and admin tasks as directed

  • Administer Australian and Indonesian employee and contractor salaries, tax-related matters, and compliance

  • Research and propose improvements to streamline bookkeeping processes
