THE ARCHWAY
RETAIL STRATEGY, BRANDING
Taking into consideration the area and looking at feasibility studies previously completed, we proposed to create a master brand and also brand the precinct, drawing inspiration from the existing architecture. By converting the old cafe and splitting it up into smaller shops we turned the precinct into an artisan food laneway, capitalising on the location and focussing on the quality and diversity that Melbourne has to offer.

BrandWorks was engaged by Riverlee Property to strategise and develop a brand for the retail precinct within their most recent premium development in Richmond at Jaques.
As a premium residential development, BrandWorks first worked with the client to strategise the positioning and offering that the laneway would entail, and the prospective tenancy mix that would most compliment the area, and be of benefit to the residents by conducting surveys with existing residents and conducting research on retail trends and developments in the area.
